Project Essentials & Licensing

Q1: Do you use subcontractors or your own employees?

A: As a dual-licensed B (General) and C-10 (Electrical) contractor, we perform the majority of critical infrastructure work in-house. This gives us strict control over the timeline and quality. For specialized trades (like stone fabrication or glass), we only partner with vetted artisans who meet our specific standards for luxury finishes.

Q2: How do you handle permitting and city inspections?

A: We manage the entire permitting process for you. We are deeply familiar with the specific building codes and Coastal Commission requirements in Newport Beach, Laguna Beach, and San Clemente. We schedule all city inspections and ensure all work—especially electrical infrastructure—passes code on the first walkthrough.

Q3: Are you fully insured?

A: Yes. We carry comprehensive General Liability, Commercial Automotive and Workers' Compensation insurance to protect both our team and your property. We hold active CSLB Class B and Class C-10 licenses. We can provide certificates of insurance upon request before any project begins.

Q4: Do you handle small electrical service calls or just large remodels?

A: We are equipped for both. While we specialize in major renovations and new construction, we also provide high-level electrical service for panel upgrades, EV charger installations, and troubleshooting complex lighting systems for our clients.
