Steve Turcotte has worked in construction for 20 years and has held a California contractor's license since 2013. Unlimited Works Construction Co. is the corporation he formed in 2025 to continue that work, licensed as both a General Building (B) and Electrical (C-10) contractor under License #986272.
Most remodels lose time and money in the seams between trades — the framing that left no room for the panel, the electrician who shows up after the drywall is closed. On a Unlimited Works project that handoff doesn't exist, because Steve self-performs the electrical scope under his own C-10. Framing, structural work, and finish carpentry are handled by a small field crew. Specialty trades are performed by licensed subcontractors he has worked with for years.
We take on a limited number of projects at a time, mostly high-end residential remodels in Orange County's coastal cities. You are not assigned a project manager. You work with the person who holds the license, signs the contract, and is on the job.
