Complexity Beneath the Surface

This Laguna Niguel residence required a master builder capable of directing high-load technical systems within a massive architectural footprint. As the dual-licensed lead, we took a "heavy-handed" approach to the structural metalwork and the subterranean concrete garage, ensuring the building's skeleton was technically flawless.

A highlight of this build is the custom-engineered wine room, where we integrated specialized temperature and humidity controls directly into the home's electrical "nervous system". This required precise coordination between our in-house C-10 electrical expertise and our "Level 5" finish standards for masonry and custom millwork.
