Unlimited Works is dual-licensed as a General Building (B) and Electrical (C-10) contractor under License #986272. Steve Turcotte self-performs the electrical scope himself — dedicated circuits for steam generators, radiant floor heating, towel warmers, fixture and fan circuits, and Lutron controls — so the power side is designed and installed by the same person holding the general license.
Framing, blocking, and substrate preparation are performed by our field crew. Tile, stone, and glass are installed by licensed specialty subcontractors, each responsible for their own scope and installing to their manufacturer's specification and the approved plans. Your proposal states exactly which trades are included and which are not, in writing, before demolition starts.

Can you handle the electrical for steam showers and heated floors?
A: Yes, and we do it ourselves. As a dual-licensed C-10 electrical contractor, we size and install the dedicated circuits and panel capacity required for steam generators, radiant floor heating, and towel warmers in-house, rather than subcontracting that scope out.
Who installs the tile and stone?
A: Licensed specialty subcontractors we have worked with for years. Each carries their own license and insurance and is responsible for installing their scope to the manufacturer's specification. We schedule and coordinate their work with the rest of the project, and your contract identifies which trades are in our scope and which are not.
How far in advance do finish selections need to be made?
A: Earlier than most people expect. Fixture, tile, and glass selections drive rough-in dimensions, so they need to be locked before framing and plumbing are set. We flag the decisions and their deadlines at the start of the project rather than chasing them mid-build.
